From the moment I said yes to opening a store in Gymea Bay (prompted by a flashing 2:22 on my son’s clock!) to walking away from a successful interiors biz after a decade—every pivot has started with a feeling. And now, once again, I feel the pull.

Journaling or Voice Memo - get it all out of your head. Let whatever comes to you flow onto the page and then read it back. It’s amazing how much you can learn from this practice. Also gratitude journaling is so impactful!
Spirit Guide Meditations - It is a very magical and enlightening way to connect with your higher self/spirit guides and ask for direction. Afterwards I journal freely and let it flow out onto paper.
Signs from the Univers - I listen to and look out for signs from the univers. That post about something you. have been wondering is your new direction is not a coincidence. The numbers 222 on the clock just as you were thinking about this new idea is a sign. Be open and keep a lookout.
Oracle and Tarot Cards. these really help me with direction. I either simply ask one question and pull out one card or do a 3 card spread. The message you receive is meant for you.
Energy Healer - for me an energy healer will help me to clear any blocked energy or trauma and allow me to see more clearly. She is also extremely intuitive and will share things that come up for her about my path.
Psychic - This can be the final piece to the puzzle. When you visit a phychic and she confirms what you are already thinking. You know you are on the right path.
